1. Get your diet working for you. Break out of the traditional style of dieting and you will drop pounds off your body quickly.

The key is to shift your carbohydrate intake to the first half of the day. By doing this you create an internal environment that promotes the burning of fat and decreases you ability to store fat. And as an added bonus your body releases extra water that it was holding so result show up quick on the scale.

2. Drink a lot of water. Water is going to help you metabolize fat so get plenty. You can have other non-calorie drinks as well such as coffee, tea, and diet soda.

3. No alcohol. The goal is to get the fat off fast to drop a size and alcohol will slow or even sabotage your progress because it has too much sugar and carbohydrates.

4. HIIT workouts. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and it is the best way to blast fat from your body. What it means is that you add burst of high intensity to your normal aerobic workout.

Let’s say you typically walk for 30 minutes. To turn this into a HIIT workout you will want to warm-up for 5 minutes and then steadily and quickly increase your intensity until you hit a high point where you are exerting maximum effort then back down and repeat until your session is over.
